QUALIBAT 8711

Airtightness testing (Q4Pa-surf air permeability): an intermediate test at the weathertight-shell stage to correct defects before lining, and a regulatory RE2020 acceptance test on the finished building.

Acceptance acoustic testing

NF EN ISO 16283

Airborne sound insulation (DnT,A / DnT,A,tr), impact sound (L'nT,w), equipment noise and reverberation: verification of the NRA housing requirements and the ERP order, carried out as an independent third party.

RE2020 ventilation airflow testing

QUALIBAT 8741

Functional checking of ventilation systems (airflow rates, pressure drops, ductwork airtightness) required by RE2020 at the handover of new dwellings.

Housing and commercial energy performance certificate (DPE)

Legally binding energy performance certificate (DPE), issued by a certified assessor, for sale, letting and monitoring under the tertiary-sector decree.

Drone aerial inspection

DGAC drone pilot

Inspection of roofs and façades, aerial thermography, photogrammetry and mapping by drone (DGAC-registered drone pilot), on sites that are difficult to access.

Electromagnetic field (EMF) measurements

NF EN 50492

Low frequencies at 50 Hz (electric field kV/m, magnetic field µT) and radiofrequencies from 9 kHz to 300 GHz (V/m), following the UTE/NF C99-132 and ANFR protocols. A criterion recognised in HQE and NF Habitat certification.

Yes. ARKENOR conducts acceptance measurements (air permeability, acoustics, ventilation) as an independent third party, separate from the design engineering office, which guarantees the objectivity of the certificate towards the client/developer and the technical inspector.
Yes. RE2020 measurements are carried out under QUALIBAT 8711 (air permeability) and 8741 (ventilation system checking) qualifications, recognised for regulatory certificates at handover.
On-site measurements are scheduled according to the progress of the works and the location. An intermediate air permeability test is slotted in from the weathertight-shell stage; acceptance measurements are programmed before handover. We confirm the date once we receive the works programme and the drawings.
Yes, with methodological precautions. The difficulty lies in defining the measured volume: in a partially restructured building, the boundaries between the treated zone and the rest of the building do not always coincide with airtight separations, which can distort interpretation. We therefore define the test perimeter with the project management team before intervening. A measurement whose volume is not correctly delimited produces an uninterpretable, or even misleading, result.
