Yes. RE2020 measurements are carried out under QUALIBAT 8711 (air permeability) and 8741 (ventilation system checking) qualifications, recognised for regulatory certificates at handover.
On-site measurements are scheduled according to the progress of the works and the location. An intermediate air permeability test is slotted in from the weathertight-shell stage; acceptance measurements are programmed before handover. We confirm the date once we receive the works programme and the drawings.
On open spaces, insulation between premises is no longer the right indicator: what matters is the way sound decays across the space and the distance beyond which a conversation ceases to be intelligible. These quantities are measured to protocols dedicated to open-plan offices and provide indicators directly linked to perceived comfort and confidentiality. It is this measurement, more than regulatory insulation, that objectively assesses the real quality of a delivered floor.
