The whole website (structure, content, texts, images, logos, graphic identity) falls under French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from NORMAXIS.

5. Group affiliation

NORMAXIS is a group formed in 2016, whose operating subsidiaries are ARKEMEP (energy and MEP engineering), ARKENOR (environmental consulting and ecological surveys) and IRICE (certification body accredited by Cofrac under No. 5-0655).

NORMATYS, under whose programme the standards are published, and IRICE, the certification body that operates them under licence, are two separate legal entities, both belonging to the NORMAXIS group. This affiliation is disclosed: it is treated as an impartiality risk that is identified and controlled under ISO/IEC 17065, not as an absence of any link. See IRICE's Impartiality page.
