On-site measurements are scheduled according to the progress of the works and the location. An intermediate air permeability test is slotted in from the weathertight-shell stage; acceptance measurements are programmed before handover. We confirm the date once we receive the works programme and the drawings.
On this type of stock, measurement offers value that goes beyond mere compliance. As the buildings are often of the same construction generation, a campaign on a representative sample makes it possible to identify recurring defects and to draw lessons transferable to subsequent projects. This is a use of measurement as a stock-management tool, and not only as a handover formality, which we offer to landlords.
