In Cergy, the office and university stock built during the new-town era features installations that have reached the end of their life and control systems that are often obsolete, which makes the upgrade of the BMS, now required on commercial property by the dedicated decree, a mandatory step as much as an opportunity for quick gains. The homogeneity of the stock again allows reasoning by families of buildings and industrialising part of the diagnosis. We work across HVAC, plumbing and high-current/low-current electrical (power and data), from diagnosis through to works supervision.
