Yes. RE2020 measurements are carried out under QUALIBAT 8711 (air permeability) and 8741 (ventilation system checking) qualifications, recognised for regulatory certificates at handover.
On-site measurements are scheduled according to the progress of the works and the location. An intermediate air permeability test is slotted in from the weathertight-shell stage; acceptance measurements are programmed before handover. We confirm the date once we receive the works programme and the drawings.
It does not make them impossible but it strongly constrains scheduling. The NF EN ISO 9972 standard governs the wind conditions admissible during the test, and in Perpignan these conditions are not met on a significant number of days each year. In practice, we plan a wide intervention window and a fallback slot from the moment of order. This is a point to build into the handover schedule rather than discover in the week of delivery.
