NORMAXIS is deliberately structured as a holding with three legally independent operational subsidiaries, ARKEMEP (engineering), ARKENOR (environmental advisory) and IRICE (accredited certification).

NORMAXIS is deliberately structured as a holding with three legally independent operational subsidiaries, ARKEMEP (engineering), ARKENOR (environmental advisory) and IRICE (accredited certification). This separation enables the impartiality required by certifiers and public tenders.
Proprietary tools operated by IRICE
Beyond the three subsidiaries, the group owns three proprietary brands, all operated by IRICE as an independent ISO/IEC 17065 third party:
- Effinature: ISO/IEC 17065 certification of the biodiversity performance of real-estate operations (NCO / EVO / HOR 25.05 frameworks).
- BPS (Biodiversity Performance Score): three-phase biodiversity diagnostic covering CSRD ESRS E4, SFDR and the EU taxonomy.
- Efficarbone: measurement and benchmarking of construction-site carbon emissions (ISO 14044, Ic_chantier for RE2020).
