In Valence, certification advisory is split between housing, public facilities and large logistics programmes, the latter readily turning to BREEAM, which is better recognised by the sector's international investors and occupiers. For housing and public facilities, NF Habitat HQE and HQE Bâtiment Durable remain the reference frameworks. The distinction is structural because the schemes do not weight the same items: a BREEAM-certified warehouse largely turns on location, transport and water management. We position the scheme according to the project's actual target.
