Yes. ARKENOR conducts acceptance measurements (air permeability, acoustics, ventilation) as an independent third party, separate from the design engineering office, which guarantees the objectivity of the certificate towards the client/developer and the technical inspector.
Yes. RE2020 measurements are carried out under QUALIBAT 8711 (air permeability) and 8741 (ventilation system checking) qualifications, recognised for regulatory certificates at handover.
On-site measurements are scheduled according to the progress of the works and the location. An intermediate air permeability test is slotted in from the weathertight-shell stage; acceptance measurements are programmed before handover. We confirm the date once we receive the works programme and the drawings.
Through a sampling plan defined contractually before measurements begin, and not on an ad hoc basis. The regulations allow measurement on a representative sample provided its composition is justified, which means covering the housing types, levels and exposures actually present. The critical point is scheduling: an airtightness measurement can only be carried out once the envelope is complete but before certain finishes. We fix this milestone with the contractor from the works-preparation stage.
